We’ll be multi touching using all 10 fingers

3M is one of the biggest companies out there pushing out news technologies for consumers to embrace. Their latest trick, presented at CES 2010, was a multi touch screen panel capable to figuring out 10 finger multi touch gestures. That surely it the maximum we need for single use (we don’t have more than 10 fingers don’t we?). The 19 inch screen with 1680 x 1050 pixels screen made sure things weren’t too cramped there and your fingers can move freely. The prototype presented had DVI and VGA connectivity, audio input and USB. You could connect it to a Windows 7 PC and no drivers will be needed. Expect it to ship in a few months. Price was not disclosed but we’ll update this article as soon as it does.
