Apparently Tegra and Android make a good team as ICD will ship next year their new Vega tablets family featuring the Nvidia Tegra computing platform and the Android 2.0 operating system. Vega touch tablets will come in three variations: 7, 11 and 15 inch models. The biggest one will feature an 1366 x 768 pixels resolution, 512 MB RAM, 512 MB NAND flash that can be expanded through MicroSD cards and connectivity options like WiFi draft.n, Bluetooth and 3G wireless data. Weight is kept down to 45 ounces and battery life is estimated at around 4 hours.
