It’s no longer a mystery that tablets are ‘the’ consumer device of 2012, one of the fastest growing trends to date, but some are interested in numbers, not just suppositions, that’s why Morgan Stanley analyst Katy Hubert has predicted that by 2012 tablets will outsell netbooks in numbers.
Part of this success lies in the fact that the iPad is one of the fastest selling mobile devices of all times, with anticipated sales of 38.9 millions units in the first two years since launch.
