I don’t especially like products that want to be many things at the same time, but sometimes something new comes up that really deserves attention. One of those products is the Sungale Cyberus Info Tablet, a hybrid device that wants to be an eReader, a PMP and touch tablet at the same time. From the specs we see something pretty consistent: 7 inch 800 x 480 pixels scree, WiFi, and applications like Browser, Youtube viewer, Internet Radio streaming, Picasa, Gmail alerts, calendar, clock, alarm, navigation through Google Maps, and media files viewer for formats like JPG, TIF, PNG, BMP, MP3 audio, AVI video and PDF, TXT and HTML text files.
All this for 239$ on Amazon, plus a leather case that fits the Sungale Cyberus Info Tablet very well. I would like to know what Operating System is Sungale using, but I bet it’s something custom, so there’s little chance you’ll find apps to install, but you never know how people will react to such a product and things might get interesting, communities will grow and support will expand, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
