With this post I’m debuting the section Quick tablet news on All Touch Tablet.com where I’ll post from time to time links and short description to what happens in our field. No, I’m not lazy, don’t say that, but I don’t want you guys to miss something just because I’ve considered it not that important, so here it is:
- eBooks on Apple iPad might be cheaper than expected (the mentioned 14.99$ at the official announcement event) – more here
- enTourage Edge is delayed one more month, hope it will show up eventually - see ere why
- Touch tablets have found a place, according to analysts, just between PCs and smartphones – read the nonsense here
- Apple filed a new patent on capacitive multi touch displays, so expect wonders soon – more about this here
- Camangi Webstation price drops to 275$, still people don’t rush buying it - check it out here
- Microsoft is analyzing the idea of building a version of their Office suite for the iPad – the joke is here, also Bill Gates would have liked to see a QWERTY keyboard there, while Disney likes it the way it is (source)
That’s it for now. If you get something for me please use the contact page and let me know so I can include the news in a future post.
