Remember the Microsoft Surface interactive table? It was an impressive display of technology. Now it seems that Interactive tablet for the masses (as in office environments) are around the corner as prices are starting to lower as cheaper prototypes are developed and innovative new functions are added. One such experiment is the Pictionaire interactive tablet that uses overhead mounted digital cameras to capture and replicate objects you put on the table. All those new objects are becoming available to you once they’re copied. You can use for example a photograph you’ve added earlier to draw the distinctive lines of the subject within by dragging it on a paper notebook and writing over it with a pen. Annotations are also possible and the digital copy is saved on the table.
