Touch tablet niche and ebook readers seem to be the ‘next thing’ in 2010, and pretty much every big manufacturers is jumping into the wagon. Packard Bell recently announced that it will bring to market next year a color eBook reader and a convertible netbook tablet (just like the Acer 1420p and 1820p models), a 11.6 inch model. Unfortunately there’s not much more to say about those two models, but I guess it reinforces the belief that Apple is planning a tablet for next year. It seems there’s too much at stake not to do so.
