One of the amazing technologies in touch tablets niche that I’m waiting for this year is the Pixel QI screen announced for Notion Ink Adam slate type tablet, which has a special rendering mode that resembles eInk screen: increases contrast in direct sunlight and decreases power consumption with the expense of displaying only grayscale colors, but is also capable of motion pictures, unlike eInk screens.
It seems there are a lot of fans for Notion Ink Adam already as some artistic renderings based on what was shown at CES are already taking over the world wide web. The renderings were made by Artur Grzegowski and look really nice, so we’ve got them from Slashgear for you.
