Apple Tablet rumors keep coming and coming, this time not directly but with a twist from New York Times, which seems to try for a second time experimenting on paid content for its readers. Even if the first time was not successful it seems that now because offline reading devices are getting attention from consumers, the New York Times actually has a chance on seeing its content distributed on the yet unannounced Apple Tablet.
What makes us think so? The fact that NYT will announce its new distribution model in the upcoming weeks, right about when Apple will held the mysterious 27th of January conference, where it might announce the iSlate tablet. If NYT has worked on a distribution deal with Apple other media magazines will follow the trend so we might actually see something here: a new use for tablets.
