It seems that more Apple Tablet rumors hit the web, nothing official yet, like past times, but there are novelties to be told, so here they are. Please take them with grain and salt. It seems that Apple will start shipping its Tablet sometime in Q1 2010, and will initially order over 1 million pieces which are estimated to be sold in the first three months from initial launch.

More news about the hardware specs are pointing towards 10.1 inch capacitive multitouch screen and a 1000$ price point. What’s really interesting is the fact that Apple is in talks with publishers for a 70/30 deal on books and other multimedia titles you’ll be able to get for the tablet. If that’s the case then maybe Kindle is in trouble, according to analysts. I don’t agree with them as it seems to me an eBook reader can’t compare with a touch tablet as it’s cheaper, a lot cheaper, and it’s got bigger and better battery life, even if it’s more of a single purpose gadget. Apples iTablet I believe won’t have more than a few hours of autonomy, which greatly decreases its appeal for reading books on it. But I might be wrong.
