We’ve talked about ExoPC a few days ago, a ‘classic’ slate tablet with netbook guts inside. This doesn’t mean it’s an ordinary device, as its manufacturer intends to add a special software layer to offer a nicer used interaction. Priced at a little under 800$ it’s not that expensive either, at least compared to Netbook Navigator Nav 9. We’ve got now a little video hands on that shows how ExoPC works in real life under Windows 7 Home Premium.

It seems that the Atom CPU does a really good job keeping a lot of apps running at the same time and switching between them. Also to note that the special software layer is not here, so we’ve got a prototype in this video, not a final product. Engadget notes that viewing angles are quite good and that’s good news, as portables are not always know for their screen quality.
