Now that CES made tablets roam wild there’s a second battle manufacturers take: showing users what they can do with a touch tablet. Cydle build the M7 like a portable desk television set, thus including a TV tuner, in this case a ATSC model. The OS used by Cydle is Android, without too much modifications, but the final version is expected to have a special home scree that will offer access to the tablet’s main functions. Power comes from an 800 MHz ARM CPU so nothing fantastic here. A stand permits the tablet to be mounted vertically or horizontally and acts as a screen cover for the 7 inch display when not in use .

The best part by far is the 199$ projected price, which will surely make a lot of friends in consumers who want something cheap and easy to use.
