The guys at BestNetbookReview.com managed to get their hands on an ASUS Eee PC T91MT convertible netbook tablet and posted a lengthier video review where they’ve detailed pretty much anything about it that an user should know before buying. Now, I’m not gonna tell you all over again everything about the Eee PC T91 MT, but compare it with the Eee PC T101MT which I’ve reviewed shortly myself yesterday.

The main difference, besides the smaller screen (9.1 inch vs 10.1) is the Atom CPU, which in the T91MT case is from Atom Z family, running at 1.33 GHz, versus the 1.66 GHz N450 found in the T101MT and the 32 GB SSD drive which makes the T91MT completely silent as no ventilation holes and cooling fans are used. That’s great as the hard drive noise from the Eee PC T101 MT drove me crazy.

As for other interesting features is the fact that when in tablet mode it seems the CPU is down clocking to 800-900 MHz, to save on power. The reviewer said that this will make the Eee PC T91 MT run longer, but nowhere near the 5 hours advertised speed. If you’re interested in the Eee PC T91 MT I recommend it over the T101 MT which had the screen problem mentioned in my hands on video and was noisy like hell. Add to that the fact that ASUS got the price down for T91 MT to under 500$ and you got a real deal here.
