If you first thought that Dell is a little crazy to launch a 5 inch tablet when everybody was thinking of 7 to 10 inch models, and even bigger, then you should know that Dell has a strategy to cover all important screen sizes, like 3,4, 7 and 10 inches, just like Archos did. This new plan was revealed a few days ago, when Michael Dell presented the 7 inch Streak, coming in a few weeks and today when Wall Street Journal cited Dell’s Greater China President Amit Midha, who say that 10 inch and 3,4 inch models are coming next year.
There’s no info on hardware specs, and OS choice for the bigger versions, but we do know that Dell is thinking of using Google Chrome OS on one of them. Also Dell mentioned that Windows 7 will be present on some of its future tablets, but again, no other info (probably because Dell hasn’t decided yet).

Dell Looking Grass tablet, not yet released, just rumored

The thing Dell miss a lot is their marketing strategy. They are weak and very slow. I mean for streak 5″ we from outside U.S. or U.K. could not get the unit and if it’s very high price from smuggled agent??? Not like Iphone or Samsung they have regional center and agents that brings their products to your doorstep. I mean I’m here at Saudi Arabia instead of getting Dell Streak I able to get new iphone4 very easy in few minutes not even hour waiting??? And for sumsung Galaxy S I ordered one will come this coming @ 10 Oct.??? Where is dell streak??? At US and UK only!!!
