I ordered a case (their Model 80-iPad2) for my iPad2 that was suppose to support a standard letter pad (8.5x11). I asked for several small changes (2nd pen loop for a iPad stylus, use a sleeve mounting technique they showed in a different model, flaps over two storage pouches to keep the items in place). They agreed to and charged me extra for these changes. This case had an exterior zipper to keep the case closed and prevent items from falling out. What I received was unacceptable. They didn't allow access to the volume control / rotation controls on the iPad. Inserting a letter pad prevented the case from being easily zipped closed. The case wasn't stiff enough - sliding the iPad into the mounting sleeve resulted in the case warping, giving it a very "cheap " and water-damaged look. The width of the zipper was too small - when a standard paper pad and iPad was placed in the case, the zipper pulled the edges inward, warping the case badly. They should have sized the zipper width after the paper pad and iPad was installed. They didn't provide a camera hole for the iPad2. Just an update on my Nizmo's Angle 2. I have it for around 7 months now and it still looks like when I just got. The quality is way better than expected. The leather still looks brand new. All the compliments I get on this case is overwhelming. The functionality, quality construction, and great styling is what every professional would be proud to own.
