Are you an iPad fan and at the same time don’t live inside US? Tough luck, you won’t get your tablet at the end of April, as expected, but the end of May, as Apple just announced they’ve postponed international official launch in stores by one month. Wait, things are getting better (for Apple), as the reason for the delay is the huge success of the iPad in United States where they’ve already sold 500.000 and demand is still strong, strong enough to exceed production capacity.

And hear this lame excuse from Apple: “We know that many international customers waiting to buy an iPad will be disappointed by this news, but we hope they will be pleased to learn the reason—the iPad is a runaway success in the U.S. thus far.” Why would I be happy if someone gets something before me just because it wants it really bad. But hey, it’s essential for Apple to perform good in US, their stronger market. I can understand that.
