The iPad is so popular that not only consumers have an eye for it, but also hackers who already managed to get some malware going for the new and shiny Apple tablet. So, long story short, if you get a pop-up that informs you of a new and improved iTunes update don’t click Yes. If you really want to update your iTunes open the app and click the “Check for updates” option you find there in the menu. If you read this too late don’t sweat it, just update your Internet security software (assuming you have one installed and running in background) and do a full system check.
You should take action fast, if you don’t want all your passwords and other sensitive data stolen from you.
