I've said it before, the biggest problem of touch tablets is the software, not hardware, as many believe, as the latter evolved a lot in last years. Of course, there are a lot of business uses as well. However, web browsing is very generally disappointing on a Pc touch screen since none of the browsers are really designed with it in mind. An add-on toolbar like WebTaps is needed to make the browser touch-friendly by including larger icons, automatically scaling websites to take full advantage of the screen and an intelligent keyboard to easily allow you to enter text when needed.
