All in one Touchscreen Desktop PC’ Category

If you’re looking for a compact yet powerful desktop you need an All in One touchscreen desktop PC that offers the flexibility of a normal computer with all the connectivity options deriving from here, but you get a less cluttered desktop that takes out less space. That’s what we call an All in One Touchscreen Desktop PC. It takes less space than other computers while offering the same functionality.

Now, be advised that an All in One Touch Screen computer can’t be upgrade as easily as you can do with a normal desktop, but if you can live without this fact then go for an all in one touchscreen. It’s better in performance than a laptop, plus it offers a bigger screen, that can be controller via touch, something you’ll surely appreciate.

Samsung Series 7: probably the best looking all-in-one touchscreen

I think we all agree some of the products launched by Samsung have design similarities with Apple products, something that causes issues in Australia and Germany for the Korean company, but the new Samsung Series 7 All in One Touchscreen surely stands on its own in terms of design. It has nothing to do with the iMac and certainly not with any all-in-one touchscreen I've ever seen. Basically the Samsung Series 7 AiO is a 23 inch monitor, 16 mm thick with a base that incorporates all internal c...

Toshiba DX1215: All in One Touchscreen goes Sandy Bridge

Who's the best looking all in one? The iMac, sure, but is it the most verstatile? I'm sure the new Toshiba DX1215 will make a better impression as connectivity options and features are concerned. And it's cheaper too than the 21.5 inch iMac. As performance goes, both have the same Intel Sandy Bridge architecture, but the Toshiba DX1215 all in one can be fitted with Core i5 and i7 and starts at only $930, while the cheapest iMac starts at $1199.Connectivity options give an edge to the Toshiba...

MSI announces Wind Top AE2070 All in One Touchscreen Desktop

With the growing interest in touch input options even desktop computers have started offering this option. MSI is one of the  players in the All in One Desktop segment, and just announced what could possibly be the world's first Sandy Bridge A-I-O, a 20 inch model with 1600 x 900 pixels resolution. It's not the best system out there, but for some having a 24 inch screen on their desk it's too much. So, the focus on MSI's latest Wind Top AE2070 is clearly not on performance but complete funct...

Finally a powerful All-in-One: Acer Aspire Z5761

Sure All in One Desktops have lots of advantages over your typical desktop computer, but speed and versatility are not on the list, mainly because you have to settle with lower power components (due to space restrictions) and a reduced number of add on cards can be fitted behind the monitor case. It's the classic trade between convenience and and performance. Acer is determined to close this gap with the Aspire Z5761 All-in-One touchscreen desktop computer, a 23 inch 'monster' which packs an unp...

Sony introduces L series All in One with touch bezel

It's interesting to see how desktop now get inspiration from mobile devices like tablets, with the latest Sony L series All in One desktops featuring edge to edge touch gestures. This means you're not limited to touching the surface of the screen anymore, as the screen bezel also acts like a touch navigational device. It's the most interesting part of the L series All in One Desktop series, allowing you to launch the Sony Media Gallery (by touching the Sony logo) or zoom, navigate inside documen...

HP TouchSmart 610 and 9300 Elite get deep tilting stand

One of the things I find annoying about all in one touchscreen computers is the fact you have to hold your hand in the air when using the touchscreen features. If you choose to control it via keyboard and mouse things get a lot easier, but then again, why pay more for the touchscreen then? Apparently HP figured a way to make interactions with touchscreen AiO systems easier: a deep tilting desktop stand that positions the screen at a very low angle, similar to tablet operation.HP says its Tou...

While Gateway is not necessarily one of the top brands in personal computers, its cute cow-spotted logo branding and crisp Acer subsidiarity make it an interesting competitor in the market. So if you’re looking for something that looks smooth, playful and sleek, and you don’t want an Apple, feel free to take a look at the new Gateway devices.Gateway launched two all-in-one models last week along the ZX One line, called the Gateway ZX4951 and Gateway ZX6951. Both have a full HD touchscree...

Apple might be already sampling displays for touchscreen iMac

Sometimes rumors are just so persistent that you can't ignore them. One of those rumors is the one about the touchscreen iMac, coming from Apple, one bit of news we've treated a few times here at AllTouchTablet.com (here and here). It seems now that Apple is already sampling the displays from Sintek Photonics. Given the care Apple has for its displays, we believe the info that those screens use a 178 degrees viewing angles IPS screens with a special type of touch sensors, integrated into the gla...
